Description:

    1. Embedded PC control, high definition touch screen user interface, CPU control, with a function of Instantaneous curve analysis, real time display settings and actual temperature curve, Analysis and correct curve
    2. High accuracy K type thermocouple closed-loop control and automatic temperature compensation system. Comined with CPU and temperature mode to realize presice control. Keep temperature departure ±2 degree. Meantime, external temperature measuring interface implementation for detecting the temperature precision, analysis and proofreading the measured temperature curve
    3. Used V type slot to fix PCB, quick Positioning , convenient and accurate
    4. Flexible convenient and movable clamp can protect PCB, prevent PCB from damage and deformation
    5. Equipped with various alloy nozzles. Easy to install and change
    6. Upper heating is interconvertible with infrared heating. There are 3 temperature area, can process 3 temperature areas at the same time
    7. Upper and bottom temperature areas can set 8 sections temperature control, save mass temperature curves
    8. Preheating area used infrared light tube, faster and accurate warming, cooling
    9. Used high powered cross flow fan to cool in case of PCB deformation, Built-in vacuum pump, external suction pen to make picking up BGA chips easily
    10. Equipped with voice control “early warning”. After upper and bottom hot air heating stops, cooling system is on and automatically stops after waiting for temperature down to room temperature
    11. With USB port, easily download and save current curve graph to USB. Extended touch screen service life by using mouse
