This is an automatic air-lock Laminating and Defoaming integrated machine suitable for 13″ screens.

The laminating machine needn’t be equipped with external air compressor or vacuum pump. It automatically vacuums, can laminate and defoam, and automatically locks the door at one time, perfect performance without bubbles.

Operation:

1. First, set the vacuum value of 95kpa, bonding for 50s, defoaming for 5-10min and

temperature of45° C

2.Open the cover of lamination housing

3.Remove the protective film of LCD screen and place LCD in the positioning mold

4.Gently place the cover with the bracket on the LCD

5.After aligning the LCD position, make a gentle tap on the middle of the mold

6.Place the lamination on the LCD

7.The corners of the LCD screen shall be torn to expose a bit to prevent the corners from

being crushed

8.Put LCD screen(s) facing down and place neatly in the lamination area

9.Close the cover and press the “Start” button

10.After the set-time of defoaming finished, the machine will automatically exhaust

11.Open the door of lamination housing, take out the screen(s), then operation completes
