Vertical Magnetic Tensioner

This product generates frictionless resistance by converting torque through a magnetic field, ensuring stable tension It features a novel anti-jump wire structure and a smooth wire-feeding system, ensuring that wire jams are completely eliminated. The vertical design allows for the installation of long-arm tension rods, enabling a wide swing range for the counter-tension rod and a longer wire-winding length. Additionally, the installation method of the wire break detection device has been improved, significantly extending the service life. With a wide tension range, it accommodates winding of various wire diameters, thereby reducing costs.

Precautions for Use:

1. The optimal operating condition is when the tension rod is parallel to the top surface of the housing. A suitable operating angle may also be used according to user requirements; however, during operation, the tension rod must not rise above the red mark on the housing surface.

2. During operation, tension may only be increased from a low setting; it must not be decreased from a high setting. When it is necessary to reduce tension from a high setting, adjustments must be made while the machine is stopped to prevent thread breakage.

3. If tension pulsation occurs during adjustment, stop the machine, turn the tension adjustment knob clockwise to the maximum tension setting, then slowly return it to the desired tension level and readjust.

4. After completing the adjustment and resuming operation, if the working angle of the tension rod is the same as the angle during static installation, be sure to readjust the tension to prevent abnormal wear on the tensioner components, which could shorten its service life.
